So, you have decided to start a business online, great! Let’s say, your company is going to sell Sports shoes for athletes. So, how do you start selling and attracting your customers?

The online world has become a crowded marketplace for both the companies and the customer. Though it may seem very easy to attract a large audience in the social world, it is important to start marketing with the right techniques. A simple online presence on the internet is not enough.

What is a Buyer Persona? 

A buyer persona is a fictional character who represents your ideal customer. By creating a buyer persona, you get into the mindset of your potential customers and you start to think like them.

Gone are the days where marketing and products were forced onto the customers. Now, the customers have choices and buyer personas help in being the right choice. In other words, it’s being in the shoes of your customers leading to creating the right content to both attract and retain your customers.
